Where this came from
I’m Grant Gooley. I ran a marketing agency, and I spent 20 years working with offshore teams before that. I knew the usual way didn’t work: hire a contractor off a platform, watch them split their attention across five other clients, watch quality slide.
So I did it differently. I grew my agency 300% year over year. We hit seven figures in two years.

Then I decided to do this for other agencies too. Five years ago I flew to the Philippines. I hired the team myself, trained them myself, and bought our office at Oakridge Business Park in Cebu. I still own it.
