You don't carry the risk of a hire that doesn't pay off. Before day one, we agree on clear targets for your hire and track them every week. If they aren't hit by day 90, you can end the placement with no notice period, no minimum-term charge and no redeployment fee.

Three months, then month to month. After the first three months you stay because it's working, not because a contract says so. To end a placement, you give 90 days' written notice. You can give that notice during the first three months, but it can't take effect before the three months are up. If we can't place your team member with another client by the end of the notice period, there's a one-time redeployment fee equal to one month. Department bundles have longer minimums: 3 months for 3 hires, 6 months for 5, and 12 months for 10.

Just $500 to start the search, and you get it back if we don't find you the right hire. If you haven't approved a candidate within 30 days of your briefing call, we refund the full $500. Your first monthly payment isn't charged until your hire's first day.

$1,995 a month for an Operator with 3+ years of verified experience. $2,595 a month for a Senior Operator with 5+ years and a named specialty. That's everything included: payroll, taxes, benefits, leave, equipment, management and both guarantees. GoHighLevel and web development roles are Senior Operator only. Hiring a department of 3, 5 or 10 saves you 5% to 10% per person.

You're covered. If they aren't the right fit in the first 30 days, we rematch you at no extra cost. If they resign or have to be removed in the first six months, we replace them free. You never pay for days when no one is working for you, because your monthly fee pauses until the replacement starts.

You direct the work, and we handle everything else. Your hire takes direction from you on tasks, priorities and quality. We handle HR, payroll, attendance, leave and coverage, and a dedicated VA Manager supports you both.

Most agencies have someone working in two to three weeks. You'll see a shortlist of tested candidates in 7 to 10 business days, and most hires start within 10 to 15.

Yes, always. Every candidate is skills-tested, experience-verified, DISC-assessed and English-interviewed, and holds a current NBI clearance (the Philippine national police check). You interview them and pick the one you want.

Yes. Your hire works 40 hours a week, 8 hours a day, on your time zone, for your agency only. They take your country's public holidays off, not Philippine holidays. Their hours are tracked in Time Doctor, and you get a monthly summary of hours and activity.

Your work keeps moving. Our office and backup setup are built to ride out local outages. If your hire is out beyond their leave allowance, you get a credit on your next invoice for the time you lost.

Yes. Your clients' logins never leave our system. Every login goes through our company password vault, your hire works on monitored devices that can be wiped remotely, and they sign a confidentiality agreement before day one. You give access on a need-to-have basis and can revoke it anytime.

Yes. After 24 months you can bring your team member in-house for a set buyout fee. The fee drops the longer they've been with you, so a great hire can become a permanent part of your team.
